Train Now Ski Later Mt Hutt

You will have more fun if you train first and ski later.

Skiing is similar to cycling, rowing and swimming in that it uses all the muscles of the body.

Skiing also uses all the balance receptors of the body.

Snow fitness comes from training for skiing and it can be easy.

If you are concerned about your physical abilities please consult your doctor or health professional.

No, you don't have to go to the gym. Take one flight of stairs today instead of the lift. If you feel okay take two flights of stairs tomorrow.

All successful programs start out slowly and gradually increase. All successful programs are those that can be worked into your daily routine.

A simple program of walking, squats, calf raises and aerobic exercises is the recommended preparation for a great snow vacation.


Moving skier As you can see skiing is moving.

I start my ski training for Mt Hutt 3 to 4 months ahead and so can you.
